Letter at Last is provided by Kaan Demirel. By downloading, accessing, or playing the game, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable platform terms.
Using the game
You may use Letter at Last for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You are responsible for activity associated with your player profile and for keeping your device and account access secure.
Fair play
Do not cheat, automate play, exploit defects, interfere with matchmaking, impersonate others, use abusive display names, or disrupt another player's experience. Matches, ratings, rankings, or access may be corrected, suspended, or removed when necessary to protect fair play and the service.
Ratings and game features
Ratings, rankings, badges, and statistics are game features with no cash value or ownership interest. Rating calculations and match outcomes may be adjusted to correct errors, abuse, fraud, or service failures.
Availability
Features may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. Online play depends on network access and third-party infrastructure. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve match integrity, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
The game, branding, interface, rules presentation, artwork, software, and related content are owned by the developer or used under license. These terms do not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Ending access
You may stop using the game at any time. Access may be restricted or terminated for material violations, unlawful activity, threats to other players, or risks to the service.
